RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At EPOCH at Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

For all candles and linen sprays, we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. If you encounter any issues beyond this period, please reach out to us, and we'll work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.

Similarly, for all home goods and design items, we extend a 15-day return window for unused products. Should you decide the item isn't right for you, simply return it for a full refund.

Please note, however, that custom-designed goods are specially crafted in collaboration with you. As such, these items are non-returnable, as you approve proofs prior to purchase.
